1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MKai Labs (mkailabs.com), operated by MKai Ventures OÜ (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

MKai Labs is a curated platform for discovering, organizing, and sharing AI tools and resources. The service includes:

  • Browsing curated AI tool collections
  • Creating and managing personal tool stacks
  • Adding custom tools to your stack
  • Suggesting new tools for the platform
  • Sharing your stack publicly
  • Accessing AI prompts and resources

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The MKai Labs platform, including its design, code, curated content, branding, and trademarks, is owned by MKai Ventures OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

Tool listings and descriptions are curated by us. The tools themselves are owned by their respective companies and are linked to for reference only.

7. Third-Party Links

Our platform contains links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Tool recommendations are curated opinions and should not be considered professional advice. Always evaluate tools independently before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKai Ventures OÜ and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MKai Ventures OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
